AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM TO ASSIST RESIDENTS WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF UNDERGROUND OIL TANKS WITH ABOVE-GROUND OIL TANKS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a program that will assist residents in paying for the replacement of underground storage tanks with above-ground storage tanks.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a program to assist residents with the replacement of underground storage tanks.
