AN ACT ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES TO DEFER REVALUATION FOR UP TO FOUR YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to defer revaluation of real property for up to four years.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to delay the cost of undertaking revaluation.
