AN ACT CONFERRING JURISDICTION OVER MUNICIPAL HOUSING AUTHORITIES ON THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to place municipal housing authorities under the jurisdiction of the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

Statement of Purpose:

To give the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities jurisdiction over municipal housing authorities.
