AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO DEVELOP ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE TRAILS IN CERTAIN STATE PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to develop trails for all-terrain vehicles in some state parks.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to trails for all-terrain vehicle operators and decrease illegal trespass on private property by such riders.
