AN ACT CONCERNING FLYING FLAGS AT HALF-STAFF.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the national and state flags be flown at half-staff at all state and municipal buildings on June 6th and annually thereafter in honor of the D-Day invasion.
