AN ACT ELIMINATING ANY SPECIAL LICENSE OR ENDORSEMENT FOR THREE-WHEELED VEHICLES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that an operator of a three-wheeled vehicle needs a special license or endorsement, as is required for motorcycles, provided the operator has received training provided by the dealership.

Statement of Purpose:

To ease restrictions on three-wheeled vehicles.
