AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL LIABILITY FOR ACTIVITIES ON RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 52-557f of the general statutes be amended to reinstate municipal liability protections in response to the Conway v. Wilton court decision.
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate municipal liability protections on municipal recreational facilities so that such facilities continue to be available for public use.
