AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO ADJUST FEES FOR CERTAIN SERVICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to increase and assess fees for certain municipal services.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow municipalities to adjust fees for certain services.
