AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TASK FORCE TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO LEGAL COUNSEL IN CIVIL MATTERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to implement the recommendations of the Task Force to Improve Access to Legal Counsel in Civil Matters.
