AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM FOR THE RETURN OF UNUSED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a program for the return of unused prescription drugs.

Statement of Purpose:

To address opioid addiction by creating a program for the return of unused prescription drugs.
