AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The unexpended balance of funds appropriated to the Labor Department, for 21st Century Jobs, in section 1 of public act 13-247, shall not lapse on June 30, 2014, and such funds shall be transferred to the Incumbent Worker Training account and made available for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
