AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF FOR-HIRE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to regulate and license all for-hire transportation services in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure public safety by regulating for-hire transportation services.
