AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262j of the general statutes be amended to repeal the minimum budget requirement.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide school districts relief from state mandates on education spending.
