AN ACT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF VACCINES BY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to allow health care providers to obtain vaccines from any vendor.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow the free choice of vaccines purchased by medical professionals.
