AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO REDUCE THE MILL RATE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to reduce the mill rate for motor vehicles to a rate below that of real property.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to have different mill rates for motor vehicles and real property.
