AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES TO TOWNS IN WHICH COMMUNITY COLLEGES ARE LOCATED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide full payments in lieu of taxes to municipalities in which community colleges are located.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide full and fair payment for towns hosting community colleges.
