AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE AND TORT REFORM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the number of health insurance mandates and reform medical malpractice liability.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the burden on health insurance by reducing the number of health insurance mandates and reforming medical malpractice liability.
