AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE GARBAGE MUSEUM IN STRATFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2014) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 22a-219d of the general statutes, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may make a one-time grant-in-aid during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, to the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority from the Municipal Tipping Fee Fund, established in section 22a-219d of the general statutes, for the purpose of funding the operations of the authority's Garbage Museum, provided such grant-in-aid shall not exceed one hundred thousand dollars.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
