AN ACT CONCERNING THE TERM OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING RESTRICTIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase the term of affordable housing restrictions in set-aside developments from forty years to perpetuity.

Statement of Purpose:

To require affordable housing restrictions to endure in perpetuity.
