AN ACT CONCERNING THE BAKERY PERMIT LICENSE FOR EXISTING RESTAURANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the bakery permit requirement for existing restaurants and allow for a single inspection for licensure from one state agency.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the bakery permit requirement for existing restaurants.
