AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF DEBIT CARDS FOR INCOME TAX REFUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of debit cards for income tax refunds.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the use of debit cards for state income tax refunds.
