AN ACT CONCERNING OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the assessment of fees for occupational licenses that do not have an educational or work experience prerequisite.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to certain occupational licenses by removing the financial burden associated with occupational licensing fees.
