AN ACT CONCERNING A TAX CREDIT FOR ORGAN DONORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to provide a credit against the personal income tax for organ donors.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an incentive for organ donors by providing a tax credit on the income tax.
