AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES AGAINST HIT-AND-RUN DRIVERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-224 of the general statutes be amended to provide for increased penalties against hit-and-run drivers when a victim is injured.
