AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON ROUTE 6 IN PLYMOUTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate two hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of installing traffic lights on Route 6 in Plymouth.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the installation of traffic lights on Route 6 in Plymouth.
