AN ACT CONCERNING THE MODERNIZATION OF THE STATE'S ELECTRIC GRID.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the modernization of the state's electric delivery system, including, but not limited to, adding new transmission lines and burying overhead power lines.
