AN ACT CONCERNING ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the incarceration of nonviolent and parole offenders and to establish alternative forms of rehabilitation.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote cost reduction and rehabilitation in the criminal justice system.
