AN ACT CONCERNING COPIES OF THE STATUTES FOR LEGISLATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 2-61 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the requirement that members of the General Assembly be given a copy of the revised statutes and provide that such members shall be given a copy only upon request.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the mandate that copies of statutes be provided to all legislators.
