AN ACT EXPANDING SERVICE ON THE WATERBURY RAIL LINE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 13b-79p of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to expand commuter rail services on the Waterbury branch line of Metro North.

Statement of Purpose:

To ease traffic congestion by increasing use of rail on the Waterbury rail line.
