AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CAP ON ANNUAL BOND ALLOCATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the total amount of general obligation bond allocations in any calendar year to one billion four hundred million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the growth in state debt by imposing a cap on annual bond allocations.
