AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 27-102n of the general statutes be amended to provide that the members appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall include two representatives of the American Legion, two representatives of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, two representatives of Disabled American Veterans and two representatives of Vietnam Veterans of America.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the general statutes to provide that the Board of Trustees for the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall include representatives from the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, Disabled American Veterans and Vietnam Veterans of America.
