AN ACT BANNING THE USE OF GESTATION CRATES FOR PIGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban the use of gestation crates for pigs.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect pigs that are used for breeding from animal cruelty.
