AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESCRIPTIVE USE OF MARIJUANA FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the prescriptive use of marijuana for the relief of pain and suffering related to serious medical conditions.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the prescriptive use of marijuana for the relief of pain and suffering related to serious medical conditions.
