AN ACT CREATING A PROPERTY TAX REVOLVING LOAN FUND FOR ELDERLY HOMEOWNERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 204a of the general statutes be amended to create a revolving loan fund to assist elderly homeowners who have failed to pay property taxes for the two prior assessment years.

Statement of Purpose:

To assist elderly homeowners who fall behind on their property tax payments.
