AN ACT PROVIDING INCENTIVES FOR CERTAIN CONNECTICUT HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require Connecticut Housing Finance Authority to allocate a nine per cent tax credit to any Qualified Allocation Plan project that will save the state from making a payment in lieu of taxes or result in a municipality receiving more revenue.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide incentives for certain CHFA projects.
