AN ACT CONCERNING SERVICE OF PROCESS BY CONSTABLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-89 of the general statutes be amended to authorize constables to serve and execute all lawful process within the judicial district in which they reside.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize constables to serve process within the judicial district in which they reside.
