AN ACT CONCERNING FEES FOR UTILIZING BANK TELLERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 36a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a bank from charging fees to consumers for utilizing a teller for banking services.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent banks from charging fees to discourage the use of tellers.
