AN ACT PROHIBITING SMOKING IN OUTDOOR PUBLIC RECREATION SPACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit smoking in outdoor public recreation spaces.
