AN ACT CONCERNING OFF-LABEL DRUG PRESCRIPTIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 38a-492b and 38a-518b of the general statutes be amended to expand the exclusion prohibition for insurance coverage of off-label drug prescriptions from treatment of certain types of cancer to other diseases or conditions.

Statement of Purpose:

To expand the exclusion prohibition for insurance coverage of off-label drug prescriptions from treatment of certain types of cancer to other diseases or conditions.
