AN ACT CONCERNING PROHIBITING THE USE OF STATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PURCHASE SODA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of state financial assistance to purchase soda.

Statement of Purpose:

To prohibit the purchase of soda with state financial assistance.
