AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DURING EMERGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to grant the Commissioner of Consumer Protection the authority to suspend enforcement of any statute or regulation regarding the distribution of alcoholic liquor that prevents a distributor from making deliveries of such alcoholic liquor during an emergency.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the normal distribution of alcoholic liquor during emergencies.
