AN ACT CONCERNING THE PASSAGE OF STATE MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 2-32b of the general statutes be amended to require the approval by a vote of at least two-thirds of the members of each house of the General Assembly to enact any new state mandate for which no state reimbursement is provided to local governments for costs resulting from such new mandate.
