AN ACT CONCERNING SATISFACTION OF CERTAIN LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VOCATIONAL SKILLS OBTAINED IN MILITARY SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the number of vocational license and certification requirements that are waived for veterans and members of the armed forces who have military experience or qualifications similar to those otherwise required for any such license or certification.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow veterans and members of the armed forces to satisfy certain vocational license and certification requirements with equivalent experience or qualifications acquired through their military service.
