AN ACT CONCERNING FINANCING FOR THE FALLS VILLAGE FIREHOUSE PROJECT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That authorization be provided to allow the Falls Village firehouse project to be financed by bonds with a maturity date forty years after the date of issuance.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow the Falls Village Firehouse project to be financed by forty-year bonds.
