AN ACT REQUIRING A CERTIFICATE OF NEED FOR THE REDUCTION OF SERVICES AT A HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require a certificate of need for the reduction of services at a hospital.
