AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO BAN AND REGULATE THE USE OF LAWN CARE PESTICIDES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to ban and regulate the use of pesticides on lawns.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow municipalities to ban and regulate the use of lawn care pesticides.
