AN ACT STUDYING THE USE OF BODY-WORN RECORDING EQUIPMENT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to review and make recommendations for legislation regarding the use of body-worn recording equipment by law enforcement.
Statement of Purpose:
To review and make recommendations regarding the use of body-worn recording equipment by law enforcement.
