AN ACT PROVIDING FOR FULL FUNDING OF STATE PAYMENT-IN-LIEU-OF-TAXES PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reimburse municipalities one hundred per cent of the cost for state-mandated property tax exemptions under payment-in-lieu-of-taxes programs.
