AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM WITHIN THE PROBATE COURT SYSTEM FOR THE MEDIATION OF CONDOMINIUM-RELATED DISPUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 801a of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Probate Court Administrator shall, within available appropriations, establish a pilot program for the mediation of a dispute arising between one or more unit owners and an association.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program within the Probate Court system for the mediation of disputes that arise between condominium owners and associations.
