AN ACT CONCERNING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE CONDITION REPORTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require sellers of commercial real property to complete a written commercial real estate condition report for such real property, including, but not limited to, information concerning any potentially hazardous environmental conditions of such real property.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide prospective purchasers of commercial real estate with commercial real estate condition reports.
